The weekend is here! And it is looking to be a FANTASTIC Weather Weekend! If you're sick of doing the usual summer weather festivities, the beach, the pool, etc., we at Century 21 Foote Ryan want to suggest some alternatives for you.

The highly anticipated Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises, is released today, 07/20/12. Grab a friend, sibling, spouse, significant other or partner and make it a date night or date day! With temperatures rising into the 80's this would be a great way to escape the heat. And who doesn't love movie popcorn?! 

The Clinton County Fair is taking place this week in Morrisonville, NY. Local talent, livestock, carnival rides and games are taking place. Admission is $8, with some local entertainment included in the admission. Make sure you bring the kids, as the Fair is always a fun activity for the younger generation.

Our own broker/owner, George A. Barnett, is competing in Race Vermont Sprint Triathalon II tomorrow, Saturday 07/21/12. We wish George, and all the athletes, the best of luck in this event.

IronMan Lake Placid is also taking place this Sunday 07/22/12, in Lake Placid, NY. Our own Olympic Village is coming alive, with the summer Olympics just a week away. Many local athletes are competing in this competition in hopes of qualifying for the National IronMan Competition. Century 21 Foot Ryan wishes all the athletes the best of luck in this competition!
